Returns & Refunds

You may return a product if:
• You changed your mind or no longer want the item.
• The item is defective, damaged, or missing parts.
• The item does not match the description or specifications provided.
Non-returnable products: Certain categories cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or product integrity reasons.
These include: • Cosmetics & personal care items
• Grocery, vitamins, and perishable products
• Digital products and licensed media
• Hygiene products and underwear
• Large furniture or assembly-required items

Non-returnable items are clearly labeled on the product page.

Returns are processed only if:
• The product was not damaged while in your possession
• The product matches the original item delivered
• The product is returned in original condition, including packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories Returns may be rejected if:
• The item has been used, altered, or damaged due to misuse
• Parts or accessories are missing
• Original packaging is not intact or has been replaced WIYUU Members: Enjoy priority returns and flexible handling, even for certain items that normally have stricter conditions.

easy, transparent, and convenient as possible. If you are not fully satisfied with your
purchase, you may request a return or refund within the applicable return period

We also offer exclusive benefits for WIYUU Members, including faster processing,
unlimited free returns, and priority support.

• First return per order is free for all eligible items.
• Oversized or overweight items can be self-shipped; shipping costs are reimbursed via WIYUU Rewards/Credits after inspection.
• Additional returns per order may have a small nominal fee (e.g., AED 12), deducted from your refund.

WIYUU Members:
• Enjoy unlimited free returns per order.
• Shipping costs for returns are fully covered.

Standard processing: 7–14 business days after WIYUU receives the returned items
• Refunds via WIYUU Rewards/Credits are faster and do not expire
• Refunds to original payment methods may take up to 30 days, depending on your bank/payment provider

For items with manufacturer warranty, follow the instructions from the brand or authorized service center.
• Written confirmation of defects may be required for a return.
• Assembled items or furniture are not returnable after assembly.
• Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
